Losing weight and getting fit : )

My Goals:
My big goals are to lose weight. reduce my BMI to within a healthy range, get my children to eat healthily and try some new sports.

My Program:
I am tracking my food and trying new Spark People recipes.
I am tracking what my children are eating.
I have taken up the Rookie Run challenge and am looking at other exercises to do at home on days when not run/walk.

Personal Information:
I am from the UK ; ) I joined Spark People from using Coach Nicole's 10 stretches for running recommended from an app.

Other Information:
I love to knit, read, quilt so need to develop some more habits which burn those calories!!!!!

Welcome to the gang, we are a very friendly & supportive group of Sparkers so come on in and feel at home here. Drop in for ‘A Natter’ anytime or join in our Challenges.
We have often got together for the odd Sunday lunch, in Telford, Birmingham, Nottingham & Nuneaton which were really great. Take a look at the ‘Sunday Tucker’ topic to see what we get up to. Hopefully we will start these up again soon.
