A size 10 with a closet full of 6's

I was always one of those people I now envy. I could eat whatever I wanted and not gain weight. At 5'4, I stayed at 105-110 lbs most of my life. On me this is a size 4 - 6. My realistic goal however is 115 as I am in my mid 30's and lets face it, things change. In 1998 I got married and a year later we started trying to have a baby. Seven years, Six doctors, acupuncture, yoga, many many tests, lots of herbal supplements, three surgeries, steroids, clomid, countless IUI's, six IVFs, ...

My realistic goal however is 115 as I am in my mid 30's and lets face it, things change. In 1998 I got married and a year later we started trying to have a baby. Seven years, Six doctors, acupuncture, yoga, many many tests, lots of herbal supplements, three surgeries, steroids, clomid, countless IUI's, six IVFs, loads of injections/medications and I don't even want to think about the amount of money spent, I found myself about 40 lbs heavier and not because of pregnancy, broke and exhausted. After some adoption discussion we realized we are just too emotionally, financially and physically exhausted and called it quits on trying to have a baby ( and no this did not cause me to magically become pregnant). Believe it or not something amazing happened, my husband and I realized that we are actually happy without having kids and then we got Bailey, our spoiled peke-a-poo. Now it is time for me to lose the 'not having a baby' weight. Years of fertility meds and a thyroid problem (discovered during all this) has wreaked havoc on my weight and my health. Now I am determined to lose this weight and get back into my size 6 clothing. I would love to get back to 110 but don't want to look skeletal so will see how I look at 115 before deciding that. Also I know that losing too much weight ages the face and I definitely don't want to do that.
