Hello! I'm Cecilia. I started on Spark a few years ago and lost 20 lbs., and I came back on over the summer to help me control my intake as I trained for second marathon and to lose an extra 5 lbs. I gained back.

Now I'm staying on Spark to keep myself in check as the holidays approach, and to try to lose another 5 lbs. to be at my all-time ideal weight.

My Goals:
Right now, I am training for another marathon and trying out a diet that consists of foods with no added sugar.

My Program:
I run three days a week and cross-train at least twice a week. I love the workouts at www.bodyrock.tv.

Hey, I saw that you're doing the BodyRock challenge and that you got the dip station... did you get the actual dip station they have or did you get a different one? I'm trying to decide what I want to do. Not sure I want to spend $80 on that dip station you know?

Cecilann - Good luck to you as well. If you are on Facebook, I highly encourage checking out the Skinny Ms. Challenge Facebook page. I have found it a wonderful source of information and support this past week.

I have noticed a change in mood as well - not feeling this level of sadness I would feel occasionally. My energy level has always been good so haven't noticed anything really different there.

I did try to make good choices before, but now this past week I've really kicked it up a notch on making even better choices.

I am planning on going the whole month and will continue practicing what I have learned during this challenge - however, will allow for indulgences every now and then.

I see from your Sparkpage you are a runner. I'm especially impressed by your marathons. I just started running and ran a couple of 5k events this past fall. My next goal is a 10k and maybe eventually a half.

Yup, need to show the body who's the boss :D But Friday and today, I had to declare white flag, so tired as if someone had heavily clouded my mind and body so tonight another good night sleep and tomorrow, I will start BodyRock again!
