Hello! I'm Cecilia. I started on Spark a few years ago and lost 20 lbs., and I came back on over the summer to help me control my intake as I trained for second marathon and to lose an extra 5 lbs. I gained back.

Now I'm staying on Spark to keep myself in check as the holidays approach, and to try to lose another 5 lbs. to be at my all-time ideal weight.

Right now, I am training for another marathon and trying out a diet that consists of foods with no added sugar.

My Program:
I run three days a week and cross-train at least twice a week. I love the workouts at www.bodyrock.tv.

I thought that the last few workouts have been doubles and no problem fitting them in, so I'd extend this one a little - glad I did, I feel so good now!

I know! I feel like crap during the work out, but after I feel so good! I know I worked hard and did everything I could! I love that feeling!

HAHAHAHAHA! You could definitely do some burpees in the aisle of the airplane!! I'd love to see a pic of that! It could go in the burpees everywhere part of the blog! hahahaha! I just love that I don't have any excuses for body rock. I'm always in a time crunch, so it's super nice and I'm poor so no gym membership for this one! lol. I'm going to be working at one of the local city recreation centers though so I'll have some access to equipment soon which I might try out...

That's good to hear that you like it so much! I will have to save up some money and I'm betting you're right in that I will come to the realization at some point lol.

Yes! I just started a few days ago. I'd never heard of it before, but another SP member was doing the 30 day challenge and it sounded good. I'm always interested in free work out programs! =P I'm loving it so far! I have a horrible habit of getting bored with most programs, but I like the excitement of not knowing what the next day will be with this! I doubt I'll get bored with it. I've just got to find a way to add in and continue to switch up some cardio each week. I want to keep losing weight while half as dieting and half ass working out =P It's been working for me so far...
