    I fell and broke my femur, and I'm 67, so I can say that exercise is vital to keep us STRONG. You might not think you will be better off doing it, but it will not help to not do it. I wrote a blog on my Sparkpage about my experience, so from here on out I'm working at being strong.

    Sooooo good to hear from you. How are you? So happy to hear about your daughter and 3rd year remission! emoticon

    I am doing good, just exhausted been taking care of my mother whose health went down after my dad passed away last April. She is now on oxygen tanks and I am taking care of her b/c according to my siblings I don't work (that is outside the house), what makes it worse is I live an hour away from her and they all live within 15-20 mins. So I do daytime and they take turns doing evenings, there are 9 of us. That is why my BFF took me to Seattle for a little break.
