I have spent a lot of time in my life being overweight, unhealthy, and as a result unhappy. Being healthy is about doing things that are good for YOUR body. It's a learning process, and I'm still a student. At my highest, non-pregnancy weight, I was 220ish. I've never been afraid of exercise, but I didn't get nearly as much as I should for a long time. Now, I'm trying my best to eat right for MY body (grain and gluten free) and reach a place where I feel fit, healthy & happy! It's within reach, and I hope to continue educating myself so I can make the most of living! My Program:
~Teach zumba 4-6x week ~Limit gluten, starches & sugar ~Limit processed foods in favor of lean protein, fruits & veggies ~Keep running, working up to possibly a half marathon on 5/20/12

~I'm a 38 year old working mom. (geez, where has time gone?) ~To keep my sanity, I read whenever I can-and enjoy being creative. ~I decorate cakes as a hobby
