    How neat that you ran the Fillie Trot (10K?) and are going to do Cowtown. I'm meeting another SPer at the Expo on Friday night. Will you be there? Maybe we could meet up, too?

    And, as far as the Fillie Trot... I went to the park afterwards with my daughter and mom & we played. We saw a pair of women running & I guessed they did the Trot as part of their longer workout. That wasn't you, was it???

    I see you've done at least one, possibly several triathlons. Which one(s) did you do? I live in the Houston area, but as you can tell I sometimes compete up in the Dallas area since my mom lives there. I'm excited to get to know you!

    How was it training and competing for a triathlon with your Blood sugars? I did a 10 K once and got low twice during the race...What have you found that works best with your diabetes?

    You are not the first person to recommend the book Boundaries, but hopefully you'll be the last one to recommend it before I read it. : )
    I just put it on a postit note in my wallet so I can pick it up over break. I think its definitely time!
