I am losing this weight for me!
My name is Dianne and I am a NICU nurse originally from Canada and now living in Atlanta Georgia. I topped at 240 lbs and hope to lose at least 50 pounds. I need to lose this weight for my health and so I feel better about myself. I know that with my friends and family for support I can do this.

My goal is to be more healthy. I hope to achieve this by losing at least 50 pounds.
My goal is to get out of the plus size clothes.
My Program:
I am watching what I eat by recording my food intake and learning what foods are healthy for me.
I workout at the YMCA at least 3 times a week.
Water aerobics and Zumba dance classes.

My 3 children and husband Doren have been very supportive of my goals to become more healthy.
