Yes!!! The running helped. I was getting worried though...I was at 4 miles and still felt the demons chasing me. Picked up the pace and did 2 more to kick them all in the ditch! Thank goodness!

If you are sure you aren't sensitive to dairy products - then go for it, just make it raw dairy. Raw JERSEY milk (not Holstein - the protein configuration is different), raw goat milk, raw cheese, make your own yogurt from raw milk or coconut milk, etc.
TDSFL also says that there are many reasons for cravings - some cravings are due to bad bacteria in your digestive system. These little monsters can send out chemical signals that cause you to crave carbs and sugar since that is what they depend upon for food. Starve them out and use fermented foods and probiotics to kill them off.

I have a tendency to wear myself out with the chores and projects (getting the house ready), so I haven't done much "real" exercise. Walks a few times and some basic strength training and light "intervals". I saw you were blogging about CrossFit. I have been wanting to try it. I think I would like the workout, but all the people I see on the internet talking about it are super athletes and I would be SO intimidated working out with them. What has been your experience with other folks who do it?
