The Xbox (with kinect) is, in fact, great!! I got a weight loss one for myself but haven't used it yet, so far playing with my kids has been effective enough! I feel the muscles in my legs from being the soccer goalie, everyone agrees that you certainly feel it in your upper body after boxing, and I landed on my buttocks when I ran and jumped for the long jump on the track and field events. My favorite though is the Dance Central (it certainly raises my heart rate and you definitely break a sweat) it is super, duper fun and doesn't feel like you are exercising for weight loss. Anyway, its only been a few days, so I will keep you posted on how much it continues to help. My biggest worry is finding time, I've had the last 1 1/2 weeks off so it has been fun and easy. Keep your fingers crossed for me!
