Tks for stopping by my page. Those are interesting observations about dairy - wouldn't be surprised if I had a similar problem, but I hate to give up ice cream! I eat one Activia per day, which does help my digestion, usually a slice of cheese, and maybe some ice cream. I don't drink milk. Have fun tracking - I actually like that part of SP. Hi- Nice to add you as a friend! I see that you, too, have been trying hard to maintain your weight. It is indeed a challenge...and I hope to work my way back out of the 140s this year again, too.
Yup, portion control is soooo hard, but isn't it worth it when you see the results. I don't make quarters of recipes, I may split it in half and make two portions, one for today and one for tomorrow or the next day, or I will make four portions and freeze three, then they are there for the busy days, or can't be bothered to cook days. I have found some plastic tubs that are about the right size for one portion and that makes it even easier. Keep it up, it's going to be so worth it
