Hi there. I know I replied to your post on the message board where you were introducing yourself but wanted to leave you a message here as well. Like I said, I started my weight loss journey in Jan. of 2008. I started at a weight close to yours. I weighed 384lbs. I am happy to say I have lost 70lbs since then. Pretty soon I will be in the 200's! Yessss! I would have already been there and quiet a bit further along if I hadn't let two months of emotional eating get in my way. But one major thing I have learned is when I slip just to pick myself up and move on, no beating myself up! I am back on track thankfully. I just wanted to say that I know from experience itself that sparkpeople works if you follow the program it sets up for you. ( calorie range, water, water, water!!)

Also, even though I know there are alot of inspiring people out there that has lost so much weight it is amazing. Check out URBANNENA 's Sparkpage. She is one of the first sparkpages I seen and she definately inspired me.

Good luck on your journey! If you ever want to chit-chat, feel free to look me up!!

Bethany
