Congratulations on losing more weight. I saw you hit 250 fitness minutes this month that is fabulous, keep up the great work. I'm sorry I've been missing in action. I got some viruses from being on here and had to take my computer into be repaired and I tried to use my Dad's but his also got infected. It's really frustrated, they just posted about a new one the day before yesterday.

I have to see an ankle specialist Tuesday because my ankle won't heal, part of it is my fault because I keep engaging in high intensity activities too soon but I'm so anxious and it really helps with my stress level to exercise at a higher intensity. I've made it to the gym every day this week although I could only do squats and 1 mile last night because I was in too much pain and had to go back to the R*I*C*E plan.

I hope you are doing well and that you and your daughter have great plans for the holiday. Make sure you get some sunshine and fitness so you feel great on Tuesday about the holiday weekend, you can indulge and still lose weight.

Are you close to goal or did you already reach it?

Hi, I'm sorry it's been so long, my computer is in the shop and I need to put a reminder in my email so when I use my Dad's computer I don't forget to check in.

My ankle is still sprained and not recovering well. I've lost weight though by being careful with my diet but my mind is really missing the exercise.

How are you doing on your goals? Have you already picked out your daughter's and your outfit for the big day? I hope you are feeling well and eating well and sleeping enough so you have the energy to work out.

Hi, I'm sorry about you not losing weight but I'm glad you used this experience to learn from that is great. Slow and steady helps ingrain the lessons and make the changes permanent lifestyle changes instead of quick fixes that will eventually fail us.

How are you doing? Do you have plans for the holiday? I'm working out and resting, I'm am still having daily headaches or migraines so my workouts are suffering and I'm not losing but I'm going to get my medicine changed and see if I can get relief. Zumba was a blast last night. Tonight is C25k and weights, I'm looking forward to it.
