I'm determined not to let that old scale get me down because I know I'm doing better.
I have spent $$ at the store the past two days but my fridge is FULL of healthy foods.
I'm eating these little small pita flatbreads I found (whole grain) with some deli chicken, bell peppers, spinach, pesto and cucumber. YUMMMMMM!
Edited: btw WTG on the porch! Sounds very productive for your house AND body. After dinner I'm going to see if I can get hubby to go for a walk with me. The kids are with friends. If not, I"ll do the Wii. Tomorrow I have some of my walking buddies coming to over for dinner and we are going walking afterwards! 1493 days ago
Saw your comment on my friend feed. The scale is being mean this week girl. I hope by Monday it's back cooperating! I've exercised 6 out of 7 days 45min-1 hour. Been eating very good. Lots of vegs, fruit, chicken, etc. BUT I'm ovulating this week which is practically PMS for my body so I'm hoping it will go back down. I feel really bloated so I think it's all water. How's your week going? Which meeting do you plan to go to this week? I'll probably do Monday night again. 1493 days ago
