My Weight Loss Goal

I want to lose 20-25 lbs. to get back in the middle of my healthy BMI range and be happy with my body! I gained the weight over my 4 years of college, and now that I have graduated I am determined to burn off those extra pounds of stress eating! No excuses now!

My Program:
Healthy eating combined with good old fashioned exercise! I go to the gym 6 days a week participating in cardio and yoga. I fit in other activities such as walking, bicycling, and hiking when I have the opportunity.

Personal Information:
One of my favorite things to do is baking! That is an activity I am not willing to give up, so moderation and exercise are definitely important qualities I need to integrate as part of my long term weight maintenance goals.

Other Information:
Hobbies: Baking, Cooking, Reading, Photography, Hiking, SCUBA diving, etc.

Interests: Travel, Marine Biology, Nutrition, etc.

Haha I love it! I'm constantly having to add extra snacks and stuff to my husband's diet because I can like start to see his ribs! Men!

I'd like to do another 5k and see if I can do it faster, but my husband and I are also planning on signing up for a half marathon relay in August where we would split it, so I'd only have to do 6.5 mi. Baby steps for me!

Good luck on your goals this week, it sounds like you're doing amazing!

Hi! Thanks for commenting on my blog! It does sound like we have stuff in common! My husband DEFINITELY influenced me to start exercising because he is so passionate about it. But its funny b ecause I've been the one to help him start eating healthier...he eats like a pig if left to himself! That's great that you've set that half marathon goal for yourself. Do you live close to Disneyland or is it gonna be a special trip too? I just did my first race this weekend, a 5k, and I'm excited to do my next!
