Leading by example!

I am a very active/healthy girl from Iowa. I work full time in insurance..but my passion is helping others achieve their dreams by focusing on overall welless. I do this by wellness coaching and am an Independent BeachBody Coach!
I wasn't always this active or athletic. In my early 20s I couldn't even run .1 of a mile..I now can run a half marathon! I understand what it's like to start from scratch and know nothing..but be willing to try:)

Wellness is something that incorporates all aspects: fitness, nutrition, sleep, stress management, relaxation, relationships, spirituality, medical, etc. My goal in life is to get the right balance for me..and also help others to do the same!

I've had a lot of issues with blood sugar/thyroid/hormone regulation the past few years that have challenged me in ways I never thought possible. While my health problems can make life a lot harder...I know that this probably happened to me because God thinks I am strong enough to handle it...and have great people around me to support me..including all of YOU! It is also challenging me to be a better person and inspiration for others:)

A mix of:
*Light cardio (20 min)
*Strength
*Yoga/Flex Training ***Variety and low intensity is the target for me this year. My body is recovering from Adrenal Fatigue (and being a Type A) so doing what is right for MY body this year!

Personal Information:
*I am happily married to my best friend Jason
*We live in Iowa but LOVE the northwest/mountains!

Other Information:
*I pursue my passion by being a Wellness Coach (Beachbody).
*One of my fav foods: Chocolate Shakeology! I tend to eat closest to the "clean" or "Paleo" lifestyle but follow a plan that is best for ME.
*I am a huge fan of Dave Ramsey/Financial peace

Sounds good...I'd love to do it with you! (Les Mills Pump that is) I need to save up as well..I should have not bought P90X2. i don't think I'll ever get into that. :( Maybe I'll try to sell it. I should have bought Asylum instead.

My team got crushed by Alabama so not a good start for college football over here. Hopefully better this weekend. How bout you and your Hawkeyes?

That might be a good idea. It's tough to do 90 days of a program after you've done it before. I hear a lot of raves about Les Mills Pump also...I'm not s ure if it's just coaches talking it up so people buy it or if it's for reals emoticon .

I am buidling on my good habit from day to day. I gotta feel better..I can't handle feeling tired as much as I have the past few months!!! I want to hit 40 running and not drowning if you know what I mean.

CC fix accomplished. :)

Good luck with P90X!! I wish I could start it, but i'm way out of shape for that...

I need to get on spark daily and get my CC fix each day to motivate this old man over here. :)
