I read your comment on another page. You are doing what is called dumping. The pancreas dumps insulin at night as a protective measure. It is common. My blood sugar is usually high in the morning. Just read that another person takes vinegar before going to sleep. Know that vinegar is supposed to keep your blood sugar down. It works for the person who suggested it. I am going to try it with my medicine. Be sure to rinse your teeth with water as vinegar is acidic and will take off tooth enamel.

Saw your comment on another page. I read that if you don't eat your evening snack your blood sugar gets low and your liver dumps glucose into your system. Thus resulting in higher levels of glucose in the AM.

I had the same problem low numbers in the PM and higher numbers in the AM since I started eating my after dinner snack my AM numbers have been 90-110. But, if I forget that snack I go to 120-the skys the limit.

talk to your dietician or doctor about this.
