My name is Cindy. I am 29. I have been on successful on here a few times previously but life happens and I gave up and gained all the weight back. No more excuses. Time for a permanent change. I am planning on going to New York in July of 2014. I am afraid I won't be able to fit in the airplane seats so hat is my current motivation to lose weight. I will not buy two seats. My Program:
1. Eat between 1200-1800 calories a day

2. Exercise at least 3 times a week.

3. Go out of my way to be more active, like parking further from the entrance to the store, playing with my son outside, cleaning more often, or just plain moving around even when there is nothing to do.

4. Drink at least 8 cups of water a day.


Personal Information:
I am a full time single mother and I work full time at a call center. I am also in school part time working on a degree in psychology.

I agree that my doctor is a moron. Here's the sad thing - he's my third endocrinologist, and a consultant at Imperial College London Diabetes Center, board certified in two countries. I've given up on finding a competent doctor anywhere. :( However, I will go ahead with the ultra low calorie regimen (with a few days a week higher) for a while and see what happens.

Hi thanks for your comment on my blog. You mentioned getting a boddybugg. I have one and I just couldnt get things to add up there either. My metabolism must be way off or I suspect I might have PCOS and it's messing with my ability to burn calories. I just dont know.

I wore bodybugg for a year and barely ost anything. The year before I wore it I lost nearly 100 pounds. I have thought to resubscribing or just wearing it again and using my wrist monitor to see if its still the same. Will see. :)
