I am doing it!
My name is Cindy and I am 27 years old. I am a single mother to a 5 year old boy and work full time for a call center. I have always been overweight and while I have attempted to lose weight in the past on SP, I fell off the wagon after about 5 months. I have now been back on SP for a solid year and lost 87 lbs in the my first year. I am working on my 2nd year and my goal this year is to lose another 60 lbs.

My Program:
1. Eat between 1200-1800 calories a day 2. Exercise at least 3 times a week. 3. Go out of my way to be more active, like parking further from the entrance to the store, playing with my son outside, cleaning more often, or just plain moving around even when there is nothing to do. 4. Drink at least 8 cups of water a day.
Personal Information:
I am a full time single mother and I work full time at a call center. I am also in school part time working on a degree in psychology.
