My Journey To A Better Lifestyle

Following the year after graduation in 2006 I gained 41lbs and was overweight for the first time. Through the years I have started diets, but never kept up with them. I have decided what I enjoy doing best and what I think works is eating healthier and REALLY believing in not doing a diet and instead making a healthier LIFESTYLE CHANGE. Hello everyone, Muffin Top-Less is back ON!!!

I hope you all had a great summer.

But now it's time to get back to our fitness goals. For those who stop all efforts "like me" during this summer it's time to regroup, to take the dust off our fitness goals and our walking shoes. It's time to get back to work.

We have a wonderful group of ladies in this team, and I know that if we get back together on the accountability wagon we can accomplish much. LET'S DO THIS!!!

1st: Introduce yourself and your goal for the month of September.
