My Goals:
I'm less concerned with losing weight than I am with losing FAT, though I'm sure a loss of one will involve a loss of the other. I have a fantasy goal of 16% or less body fat on my 5'8" frame.
My Program:
My program is pretty much what this site is about. Strength training, lots of cardio and keeping track of what I eat. In fact, the thing I like most about this site is the relative ease of tracking my consumption.
