Welcome to SP. Look up a low carb team for even more advice. I am a member of Living low carb. I saw the comment about you being SO LOW on carbs, and except for the one day of 15 grams, you are actually high for Induction. However, as long as you know Atkins works, skipping Induction is no biggie.

I would suggest planning out a 40 gram a day menu, and sticking to it.

On the Living Low Carb team I know a person who eats 2500 calories of only meat, and she weighs 106 lbs. I like eggs, veggies, cheese, and nuts, which have some carbs, so i can't do that, but it is good to see that even someone who eats almost no carbs, or zero is still healthy.

People just repeat what they hear. If the Standard American Diet worked, this website would be smaller, and obesity wouldn't be something 1/2 of us worry about. If you like meat and vegetables, cheese, berries, and nuts.. low carb is the diet for you. In the end, the most important thing is to be at a healthy weight, not how you get there. My brother has lost 109 lbs on a high carb diet. He prefers cereal, sandwiches, and pasta.

When I look at your tracker, the only thing I could say was wrong is that you may have too much sodium. If anything, too many carbs..lol. If you find you aren't losing, diet pop may be a problem. I can have a 20 oz, but if I have a 2nd pop, my weight loss stalls. Just keep an eye on it. As long as your weight is dropping, enjoy. Don't be afraid to add more meat, or up the fat %. I eat 70% fat, and the higher you go, the faster you will lose. If you start to lose too fast, adding calories is okay. I eat 2500 a day. My trackers can be seen off my page, if you want to see the differences of what we are eating

I added you as a friend, so that I could hear of your success in the weeks to come. Ignore the naysayers, eat tasty food, and lose weight faster than ever before.
