In May 2010, my transformation has begun.

I am doing P90X Lean. I spent the last week of June incorporating TurboFire cardio into my schedule. Pretty much if the calendar said cardio, Kenpo, or stretch I did a Fire 45 or 55 minute workout. I only lost 3 lbs in June, but I know I'm making big gains in muscle. The TurboFire and hiking on the weekends are new and should help me to put the calorie burning into overdrive! I'm not ready to put my best friend Tony Horton aside, so I will keep up the P90X.

I need workout buddies! ...

My Goals:
I have a small goal on Spark of 20ish lbs. That's just my next goal. Celebrate the small wins! I am now wearing the blue jeans from before Dec 2009! Happy dance...

My Program:
I have lost 12 lbs on my journey. About 8 weeks ago I started a round of P90X Lean. I'm ending phase 2. I am logging all food and staying aware, trying to eat clean 90% or more. I am also using Shakeology and just recently started replacing P90X cardio with TurboFire workouts, I can not believe how fun those workouts are. I just got a Bodybugg!

Other Information:
In 2008 I first discovered how great exercise can make you feel. My preference for workouts are in my home. I started with a stationary bike, added P90X in the summer of 2008. In 2009 I got ChaLEAN Extreme and SelectTech weights. Weight training is my favorite! Then life threw me a curve and in April 2010 I am starting over with a new commitment. I love to encourage and help others to find the love of fitness. I love my workouts!

I appreciate the advice on the Tiger Balm. I think that someone has told me about that before. I'm not sure if it was in Sparkworld or the real world. emoticon I will definitely look into it! THANK YOU!
