I'm a college student who was recently diagnosed with insulin resistance, I'm on here so I can do a better job keeping track of what I eat and get weight loss ideas. I'd like to get to the point where I can do a few basic things such as climbing the hill to campus without having to stop and catch my bread, and I'd love if I get to the point that I can do a chin up (couldn't do that during the psychical tests I had during high school gym).
