All I have to do is BELIEVE
I am a wife and mother of three. My sons are 14 and 11, and my daughter is 4. I am also a teacher. I feel like I have been overweight most of my life. Weight Watchers has helped me loose a lot of pounds, but they keep coming back. And I can't afford it every month. I have been a member since 2007, but I decided to add a picture and weight ticker for motivation.

My Goals:
Long-term plan: Run a 5K and lose 50-60 lbs. by next May. Middle-term plan: Finish Couch to 5K Short-term action plan: Plan to drink 10 cups of water daily for 30 days. Continue the 10 min a day challenge for 30 days. Keep my cal. between 1300-1500 for 2 weeks. Be more selfish with my goals (focus more on me and less on kids, hubby, job, activities)
