I'm not quitting this time
I've had enough of starting an not finishing. Watching others participate, existing instead of living. I want to be fit so I can do the things I love - gardening, playing with (future) grandkids, sports - without having to stop and rest all the time.

Revamping my plan and focusing on a few changes at a time. MAY - Walk outside whenever weather permits. Try different exercise videos on other days. Other activities: -Heavy spring cleaning/decluttering. -lots of yardwork. Focus on tracking food and making healthier choices. JUNE - (to be determined)
