I've had enough of starting an not finishing. Watching others participate, existing instead of living. I want to be fit so I can do the things I love - gardening, playing with (future) grandkids, sports - without having to stop and rest all the time.

Thanks for stopping by my blog...I've gotten away from "working out" but, I'm outside in the gardens when I'm not working at nights or it's not raining...
I have to get myself together and get serious again...

Thanks for the comment on my blog. Woke up feeling much better but I am still not sleeping. Ugh. I am interested too in what sage advice my spark buddies have! I was in shock to say the least. I have been tracking since it was a bit off for me. Dr. says it is still within the normal range but still wants me to track it for the next year. I am going to try and take a benadryl or something PM to help me sleep. I can't function on no sleep.

Hope you are doing well! 6 weeks is a long time but there are tons of chair exercises you can do. I was reading articles this morning and found another one. I haven't done them but you will have to let me know how it goes! They look interesting to say the least. Take care!

My pants are too big and my next size I have are too small. I am trying to go from a 26WP to an 18 WP.. I can get them on now, but there is six inches before I can zip them. Headed to exercise and walk away this stuff that has attached itself to me. I no longer have any need for it. Yea!
