Fit 4 Life
I am a happily married mom of 3 living in California. I've always struggled with maintaining a healthy weight most of my life. I love to exercise, but I also really love to eat too. So finding a good balance for me is key.

My Goals:
To maintain a good weight, & always challenge myself to stay fit. To be healthy & strong!
My Program:
I do circuit training classes like "ripped" twice a week the other days I do various thinks; running, elliptical, spinning, or maybe a boxing class when I can fit it in. I try to exercise 4-5 days a week.
Personal Information:
I live in the San Joaquin Valley of California. I am married with 3 kids; 2 teenagers,& 10 yr old son.
I make exercise a priority in my life, and healthy eating as well,
