Back in Shape, ready to get ripped.

In 2001 I had a "rock bottom moment" in the bathroom at work. I saw my outfit, nothing else fit me that day. It looked terrible. I started to cry. Until that moment I had no idea I was fat. I was in complete denial. I was always active. I got to that point while going to the gym. I just over ate, sometimes two suppers and way to much fast food. I woke up the next day, weighed in at 198.5lbs, started exersing and changed the way I ate.

Slowly and surely over 2 years I dropped 50 pounds. I got down to 144 pounds for my wedding 6 years ago. I kept the weight off until pregnancy. I am now a mom of 2. I am ready to get that body back. I look at pics at my lowest, my wedding, and I looked great. I worked hard to look like that and the amount of self confidence it gave me is worth it!

I keep taking off the same 15 pounds and gaining it back every 6 months. I am ready to take it off and keep it off.

Hi Jen. I've been around but not very active. I joined the challenge again only to not do it yet again. I ran my first half marathon in May, then stopped running and really doing anything else and recently gained 10 lbs. this bites! Lol. Going to start running again and training for my next half - the same one I did in May. How about you? Have you been actively healthy?
