My Pre Baby Body Journey

The only time in my life that I've been thin and fit is when I worked at itwith a reasonably healthy diet and exercising. After having two babies and using that as an excuse NOT to work at it, it's time to get back on track! I want my Pre-Baby Body BACK!

Weight lost since Nov 10 2008-52 pounds!

Nov 10 09-127 lbs I'm BELOW my original goal!
Oct 10 09- 132 lbs (down 5 lbs) the scale is moving again!
Sept 10 09-137 lbs UGH!
Aug 10 09-Didn't weigh in...I ...

July 10 09-135 lbs Just holding, but I'd really like to lose some more!
June 10 09-135 lbs (down 1 lb) Too much over indulging, next month WILL be better!
May 10 09-6 MONTH GOAL DAY! Did I loose 50 pounds?
Drummm rolll.....136 lbs (down 8 lbs)...I lost 43 pounds total in 6 months! An average of 7.16 pounds per month. So what now? Just keep going!!!
Apr 10 09-144 (down 5 lbs)
Mar 10 09-149 (down 8.5 lbs)
FEB 21 HALF WAY TO MY GOAL WEIGHT!!!
Feb 10 09-159.5 (down 5 lbs)
Jan 10 09-164.5lbs (down 5.5 lbs)
Dec 10 08- 170lbs (down 9 lbs)
Nov 10 08- 179lbs Start day

Keep it simple, right now I'm counting calories and exercising 6 days a week for 30 to 60 minutes.
