My Goals:
I want to achieve permanent weight loss; not just yo yo. I'm looking to shed 40-50lbs for good, but my initial goal is 30 lbs. Once I get there, then I'll decide how much more to go.

My Program:
My current goal is just to track what I eat, increase my protein and veggies, decrease sugar and get used to working out 3X a week.

Personal Information:
I'm a clinical social worker; which is totally demanding on the emotional level, but dangerously undemanding on the physical level. I love feeling like I'm being a help to others. I also love food. It has always been my drug of choice.
