There definitely is something to be said for "pacing" and listening to one's body as WELL as mixing up the INTENSITY of one's workouts to. Keep that body "confused" and keep shaking loose those pounds...woo hoo!

you need to lay off runing for a few days to heal.. it could be the shoes.. and you could be lacing too tight. make sure you're stretching too. :) Look on Runnersworld.com they have alot of good stretches there. 1893 days ago
