Hi! I saw your huddle & thought I'd stop in and say hello. I know how it feels when you need support, I feel the same way. Keep working toward your goals - keep the big picture if your head & remember all of the fantastic progress of that you've made so far. Making the first step is better than nothing.
The other day I read something that said "It's hard to be unhealthy and it's hard to get healthy. You just have to choose your hard." Keep going!
