A Healthier Me
I turned 65 this past April and want to have a healthier life so i can enjoy my grandchildren.. Have had right hip replaced 3 times and may have to have a 4th. Also left knee and left shoulder. All due to a bad car accident. Have also been diagnosed with Parkinsons' Disease for 14 years. I try to be optimistic in my daily life. I'm at a point in my life where I really want to lose weight in order to be healthier.
