I am a 34 years old, I have three children, Baylie 16, Alyssa 11, and Bracken 6. I have been married for 11 years. I have lost 60 lbs so far, and have 40 to go!! I had lost the weight over the course of 2 years, I did my first half-marathon in 2009, followed by a stress fracture in my foot. I had a tummy tuck that year, I haven't been able to get back to running because every time I get started running again it hurts my foot and I'm scared I'm going to re-break it!! I miss running... I'm going to start trying it again, but no more long races for me. I'm going to keep it under 10k!
I'm ready to get back on the horse after a long break!!!
I want to be happy in my own skin!!! I want to set a good example for my girls..
I have started running 3 days a week and doing Turbo Jam 2 days a week. I picked up a workout partner, which has been VERY helpful!! I have been getting back into tracking my food, which I was slacking on and eating pretty badly as a result. I NEED to break through this barricade that I have created for myself!!!

Hi, I saw you online and was surprised to see someone that was one of the original members of the Wii Exercise group still around. I know there are a few that are still here, but most of the ones I see on the board weren't there until about May-July of last year.
Anyway, I wanted to stop by and say hello! and that I hope to see you around the team.
