Halfway there!!

I am a 34 years old, I have three children, Baylie 16, Alyssa 11, and Bracken 6. I have been married for 11 years. I have lost 60 lbs so far, and have 40 to go!! I had lost the weight over the course of 2 years, I did my first half-marathon in 2009, followed by a stress fracture in my foot. I had a tummy tuck that year, I haven't been able to get back to running because every time I get started running again it hurts my foot and I'm scared I'm going to re-break it!! I miss running... My Goals:
I want to be happy in my own skin!!! I want to set a good example for my girls..

My Program:
I have started running 3 days a week and doing Turbo Jam 2 days a week. I picked up a workout partner, which has been VERY helpful!! I have been getting back into tracking my food, which I was slacking on and eating pretty badly as a result. I NEED to break through this barricade that I have created for myself!!!

Hey Candice! It is totally cool that we are in different time zones. I am always up incredibly late myself, so, it doesn't really make a difference to me.

So, do you have a regular workout regimen, or do you just kind of do a day-by-day thing? I have two kids and go to school, but I don't work out of the house, so I try to get to the gym a good 4-5 times a week, and do some other leisure activities throughout the week with my girls that are calorie killers.
