Navy Reserves...here I come!
I've always needed to lose weight and have lost 20 pounds but need to lose about 60 more. I stopped trying for a really long time and I'm determined to finish what I started!! As much as I love my husband, he's not a great support system because he loses weight by just looking at a treadmill. He doesn't understand the struggles I face as not only a woman, but as a woman with PCOS which makes weight-loss SO much more difficult. I very much want to join the Navy ...

As much as I love my husband, he's not a great support system because he loses weight by just looking at a treadmill. He doesn't understand the struggles I face as not only a woman, but as a woman with PCOS which makes weight-loss SO much more difficult. I very much want to join the Navy reserves but have to be within certain parameters to do so. I also need to be in top physical condition. My goal is start walking and hopefully start running soon. We'll see if that happens (the running thing - I really hate running).

My Goals:

My Program:
I'm starting with the Spark diet and exercise plan. I will likely move to a high protein diet with low sugar and low carbs (as in pastas, breads, etc.).
Personal Information:
I'm currently in Indiana but looking to explore the world with my hubby-kins.
