Navy Reserves...here I come!

I've always needed to lose weight and have lost 20 pounds but need to lose about 60 more. I stopped trying for a really long time and I'm determined to finish what I started!!

As much as I love my husband, he's not a great support system because he loses weight by just looking at a treadmill. He doesn't understand the struggles I face as not only a woman, but as a woman with PCOS which makes weight-loss SO much more difficult.

I very much want to join the Navy ...

I very much want to join the Navy reserves but have to be within certain parameters to do so. I also need to be in top physical condition. My goal is start walking and hopefully start running soon. We'll see if that happens (the running thing - I really hate running).

My Goals:

* Be within health standards to join the Navy Reserves

* Look and feel better about myself!

My Program:
I'm starting with the Spark diet and exercise plan. I will likely move to a high protein diet with low sugar and low carbs (as in pastas, breads, etc.).

Personal Information:
I'm currently in Indiana but looking to explore the world with my hubby-kins.

I read up on PCOS and it sounds like Atkins should be a very good fit for you. Let me know if you have any questions or if you get frustrated. I'm glad to help.

Cat...Google My Virtual Model to find the tool that you can create how you look now and what your goal weight is. It is pretty cool to have as a visual motivator.
