I've been exercising at at gym for the last year (yay me!) and eat healthfully. However, my metabolism has slowed down over the years and I need to eat less than I am used to eating! Wish me luck!

Keep exercising...I don't want to get osteoporosis, which runs in my family. Also, my weight has been creeping up so want to lose weight.

Exercising 3 times a week at a gym with a buddy. Eating a lot less.

Looks like you are doing well with the the eating less/exercising more thing. I have been holding status quo for a month. Not been exercising much though.

I've been bad! Too much wine this week leftover from a wine tasting thing I volunteered at... and I made brownies tonight and Robert and I ate half of them (8x8 pan). Doh! And NO exercise to speak of!

I hope SP helps you. It's a really positive community, too.

The group I like best is Shutterbugs -- there's a photo assignment each week and you post your pix publicly (on Flickr mostly) and send the link to the group.

BTW, you are not "from Texas" -- you LIVE in Texas... LOL!
