So far..so good, I am determined to: Track ALL food and drink; walk every day possible; hit the gym every other day, and stay positive.

Fitness Minutes: 7,394

My Goals:
My Short Term goals:
Walk at least 2 mile every other day.
Go to the GYM every other day.
Lose 10 lbs by April 15th.
Track Nutrition and Fitness EVERY day, and stay WITHIN the set calorie limits EVERY day.
My Medium Term goals:
Do 30 minutes cardio on the elliptical and treadmill every visit to the gym.
Stay on target and lose 30 lbs by the 4th ot July.
Long Term goals:
Be healthy and fit. Be proud of myself for getting with and STICKING with the SPARK!
Lose 86 lbs and keep it off


My Program:
So far, I'm drinking 8+ glasses of water every day; reading "The Spark;" walking and going to the gym, AND staying within the calorie spread.
SO FAR, SO GOOD!



Personal Information:
I am 68 years young and a full time retired person. Husband and I will celebrate our 47th Wedding Anniversary this June. I live northeast of Binghamton, NY and love to walk in the local parks and would love company.


Other Information:
I am the Mother of 2 incredible Daughters and 7 amazingly brilliant grandchildren. I love to read, do crafts, especially Rubber Stamping cards and ATCs. I have too many favorite authors to mention..at present I am loving Dana Stabenow and Kathy Reichs. I do have favorite TV shows and I DVR them, awake early and watch them.
