Cats and Gardens

Last year I made good progress to loose the extra weight and met my goal. I was at my goal weight for 2 months - the longest period in a number of years.

However, it didn't last and in the past year I've added 10 pounds. On the plus side this is a slower gain than before, so must be learning something.

I've recommitted to the attempt to lose and then maintain. This time it will likely be a slower loss as I'm going to work on making the changes habits.
