Thanks for your words, though it is still difficult to get the thoughts out of my head I am trying hard. I think I'm going to go to a yoga class and maybe that will help. It does sometimes!

Hey just saying hi, how are you getting on? I didnt manage to keep my September goals but I keep coming back again and trying to get somewhere with it all. Its hard to get into a routine but I am really going to try ! Hope all is good with you xx
