My Goals:
My goal is to reach my perfect ideal weight so I can feel better, be healthier & be more active with my husband & kids!

My Program:
I try to go to Water Zumba 2-3 times a week! This is one exercise I really love! I am eating less & making healthier food choices!

Personal Information:
I am from Indianapolis, IN where I currently reside. I am in the Customer Service Field. I have been married for almost 15 years & have 3 children! I am 41 years young!

Other Information:
I am in a transformation phase not just physically but mentally, emotionally & spiritually as well!

Thanks for the kind words on my photos! The mountain picture was near Estes Park, Colorado, and the plane was the one I flew when I completed the test for my private pilot license.

Thanks for commenting on my blog from last year. I did stop doing DDP Yoga for a while, but the plateau didn't end. Then around the holidays I got off track...and then when I tried to get back ON, hubby got sick and was hospitalized for a week with a ruptured appendix and infection. Was at home recovering for 3 weeks. So between that and the holidays, I re-gained 31 of the 71 lbs I'd lost. But I'm back on track now, going to beat this plateau for real, and lose the re-gained lbs. I've done lots of different workouts over the past year but I go back to DDP Yoga often. It'll always be my fave! (But I've also fallen in love with Les Mills Pump!)

Hi Cathy, thanks for the friends add. I add you as well. Yesterday was my kick off day of get back on healthy wagon again and was successes. No more excuse for me. Thank you so much for all your sweet comments on my photos! You really made my day, and I have been needing that--I have gained 20 pounds back, and I'm kind of struggling with getting back on track, but I am determined! Thanks so much!! You can do this! It is a slow journey, and I hope that doesn't get you down, but learning the skills for maintenance happens the best when it's slow and steady. Every pound and every day you make at least one good choice is a good day!
You rock!
