A Goal Without A Plan Is Just A Wish

Hello All,

Some quick details about me and my lifestyle goals would be I am currently 25 and have been on a long road of bad choices (health wise) since leaving home for college. I haven’t had a very steady schedule since then and it has taken its toll. Fortunately things have changed since then. I'm not hopping from new apartment to new apartment anymore, I now live in a house that I plan to be in for a long time. I have a job with a regular schedule (however I am still in the job market for my next opportunity). I have more free time. And the weather is finally taking its turn to nicer temperatures.

What I am hoping to accomplish is to add a few fitness regimens to my schedule and have them become part of my regular routine and also pay attention to what I'm eating and how much. I have lost weight in the past (and then gained it back + some) so I do know the long and steady race it takes to lose weight. I am new to the area I live in and am hoping to find new friends that I will able to team up with on my weight loss journey. I'm setting my goals healthy and simple to start and am looking forward to evolving them as I progress.
