My heaviest 260. Yuck.
This is how I look after I work out, but less smiles.

I am a stay at home mom, I am going to college, I love cooking, I love pinterest, I am an Army wife, but those few things don't define me.
I have these broken down in smaller goals, over all I want to loose 89 pounds, hopefully more, definitely more. I'll be happy with 100. It's a nice and even number
Exercise at least 3 hours a week
240- New Dress
220- New American Eagle shorts
200- BMI Overweight - New phone case for iPhone
180- New TOMS
170- BMI Normal - HUGE bag of Sour Patch Kids, they are my weakness, and I think that I should deserve them. As I eat these, I will feel no guilt, and will understand that each bite is a reward for everything I've done, and a reminder not to return.
160- BMI 23.6 - I will take myself shopping
-Insanity every day
-Walking 1 mile a day with the kids when it's not too hot
-Cutting calories to 1200-1600 a day
-Drinking lots and lots of water
-When my body says I'm hungry, I drink a cup of water. If it keeps saying I'm hungry, I eat something in moderation.

Thank you so much for the comment. Sorry I didn't reply sooner, but honestly I didn't know there was a comment section on my page. I'm still getting used to everything. I would love some recipe ideas. Do you have one that is your favorite. Thank you so much for offering motivational support. Right now, I think that is one of the things I struggle with. I feel like I'm not holding myself accountable and keep making excuses. What do you do to motivate yourself?
