I'm tired also of walking up to the 200 pound line, then going into an eating frenzy.

I'm tired of being sick and tired, and tired of taking another 3 days after an illness to get the energy back.

short term:
1.Loose 5% of body weight

2. Get a fruit, & a veggie daily.

3. Six 8 oz glasses of water a day.

4. Record all food for the day, each day

Long term:
1. 4 fruits and 4 veggies daily.
2. 1 oz of water per 2 pounds I weigh / daily.
3. exercise of some sort daily

My Program:
Think I will start with KISS
Keep It Simple Stupid.

Basics.
More exercise.
More water.
More Healthy foods so no room for unhealthy foods.

Hi Cat, Welcome to the Firecracker challenge! 2nd- good for you about not stopping for that fattening latte and danish! I kicked that habit myself last year-- those things add up in the calories!
