My Goals:
1. Go from a size 16 to a size 8.

2. Log my eating to track nutritional value.

3. Drink 8 glasses of water per day.

4. Read success stories from new Spark Friends.

5. Repeat steps 1-4!


My Program:
1. Strength Training - 2x/week

2. Cardio 4x/week (mix of treadmill, volleyball, and racquetball.

3. Healthy eating based on Spark Eating plan using grocery list and meal suggestions.



Personal Information:
My name is Cathy and I am 38 years old. I'm living in Puyallup, Washington (south of Seattle) but a native from San Diego, CA. I am a wife and mother of 3 (15 years, 17 years and 20 years) and a chocolate lab named Bruce. It's been an amazing journey and I want to be healthy and live a long life so I can spoil my future grandchildren (way, way in the future).


Other Information:
I love watching movies with my family and just started digital scrapbooking when I'm not helping my husband with our family business. My goal this year is to help my family eat healthy. We carried 3 paper grocery bags of junk food down to my neighbor. (looks like we need to do this again!!!)
