Updated May 6, 2012: I fell off the Sparkwagon for a while, but I'm back and ready to go. I have joined BLC19 (the Biggest Loser Challenge here on SP), and am now a proud member of the Forest Green Pixies team. I'm excited to be back on SP, and excited to be a part of this new team! I think it will help me a lot. I am currently working on my specific goals for my food, water, and exercise. This was from some time in early or mid 2011: I am a 40-something female who came to SparkPeople to try to lose weight and get in better shape. I wanted to work on exercising more and eating more nutritious foods. In my Spark journey so far I have lost some weight, I am eating better, I am exercising more, and I am wearing smaller clothes. I have also made some SparkFriends, and I really enjoy the supportive community here.
