January 2014 Goals: 1. Lose 5 pounds at least. 2. Keep tracking each and every thing. 3. Keep calories in below target. 4. Walk as much as possible. 5. Do some sort of other work out each and every day. 6. Rededicate time to complete my schooling. *YOU CAN DO IT!!
