Hi, I am 53 years young. I am married to a great guy and I have no children. I have a Kitty and she is our baby.
I was in a car accident in December of 2004 and could not walk for two years due to a crushed ankle.
But Thank god I am walking again ! I can't run or jump. I can't walk for long distances.
I started on the Sparks plan last May (06) and I lost around 30 pounds! I stopped tracking my food and stopped posting in November of 06. I started gaining ...

My Goals:
I want to lose 50 pounds by 8/07. I want to feel good about my self and I want my husband to be proud of me. I want to look good in a bathing suit and my step son is getting married in June of 2007 and I want to be the same size I was when I married his Dad.
My Program:
I am tracking my food intake. I know exactly how many calories I am eating. I read all the articles I can find. I receive all the emails and I have downloaded them. I am trying to exercise as much as possible. I have lost some weight and now I am even more excited about droping weight and My sister lives in Florida so I can stay with her and go to the ocean in a bathing suit!!
Personal Information:
I am from a small town in Indiana. I live 58 miles north of Indianapolis and 56 miles south of FortWayne. we have a college here named Taylor Univ. We don't even have a stop light. But it is a great little town and we have a great school system. Everyone with kids wants to buy a house here. I grew up here and I probably will die here.
Other Information:
My favorite TV shows are Greys Anatomy,Two and a half men, Desperate housewives and Lost. I love to read, My favorite authors are John Saul, Ann Rule and Dean Koontz and Michael Palmer. My favorite music is Abby Road by the beatles, Goodbye yellow brick road by Elton John I love Brooks and Dunn but they are country. My favorite movies are When Harry met Sally,Good Fellas,The godfather,Picnic and any movie that had Bette Davis, Joan Crawford or Kim Novak and of course
