I am working toward better health by rebuilding my temple(my body)! Since having Mixed Connective Tissue Disease in 1988, I have tried to get my life back in order but NOW is the time!!
My Program:
I am staying away from sweets and eating good nutritious foods. Also exercising with walking and strengthening exercises
